lyrics

I spent two years climbing a mountain
I spent two years climbing to its heights
I got so good at climbing that mountain
I unfastened my harness and let go of my lines

When I staked my flag at the top of that mountain
the rocks all crumbled and I fell through the sky
spent six months dropping to the valley below
to the rocks and river where you'd figure I would die
but no...

I lived three months underwater
thinking i'd miraculously survived
I could see the danger above, but I did not falter
(FAULT HER!)
when I came up to breathe
I died
